This weekend, the Miami Hurricanes, the LSU Tigers, the Tennessee Volunteers, the Texas Tech Red Raiders, the USC Trojans, the Mississippi Rebels, and the Utah Utes all lost in heated matchups. Several teams also continued their rise in the rankings, including the Cincinnati Bearcats, the Vanderbilt Commodores, and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Only six undefeated teams (Navy, BYU, Texas A&M, Ohio State, Indiana, and Georgia Tech) remain as we head into week 9.
